No Annual Contracts (30 day notice required)
We believe that if we are meeting your needs, there is no reason for something as binding as annual contracts. Don’t let the stress of limitations and expiration dates take over in your business. Our working relationship is based on each side providing what the other needs in order to be successful!

MANAGING PARTNER
Born and raised in Plano, Texas and graduated from Plano East Senior High. Attended college in West Texas where I met my husband. We have 4 beautiful children which we spent many years involved in dance, cheer, band, football, baseball, and so much more. I enjoy the country, family activities, board and card games, horseback riding, and the lake is my serenity (and fun too). Spent most of my life in family business and customer service is a key part in what I do. Excited about our company Ricon and happy to take a key task off someone else’s plate.

Born and raised in Abilene, Texas playing football and graduated from Abilene Wylie High School. Met the love of my life in college and we raised four wonderful children here in North Texas. I am devoted to my family and enjoy sports, hunting, camping, various outdoor activities, skiing, tubing and helping others. Though I did not spend much time as a kid playing baseball, I have learned to enjoy the sport. As an official I have been able to see kids enjoy and grow in the game. I am a hardworking individual and excited about our company Ricon. Our services are provided so businesses can do their job.

MANAGING PARTNER
Born in Austin, Texas at a Catholic orphanage in the late 1940’s. Adopted and was raised in Oak Cliff (Dallas, Texas). Graduated from Sunset High School and was going to attend Texas A&M, but I lost my scholarship and was drafted. Joined the U.S. Airforce and ended up as a loadmaster on a C-141. I was able to finish my education after returning from the service. My business career took me all over the United States and abroad. After retirement both my bride and I are enjoying living in the DFW area. We enjoy our 3 adult children and our 11 grands. My oldest daughter and son-in-law wanted to expand their portfolio, so my wife and I agreed to take one last plunge in helping to build our business, RICON. I sincerely hope you will give us the opportunity to keep your business clean so you can concentrate on what you do best.

MANAGING PARTNER
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. My family owned a business in Oak Cliff where I learned the importance of hard work and giving great personal service to customers. I met my husband when we were students at Greiner Jr. High and we both graduated from Sunset High School. I attended Dallas Baptist College, now University, and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught in Oak Cliff at several campuses teaching 1st, 2nd , and 3rd grades. I then became certified to teach students with reading issues and dyslexia. I retired after 35 years in the classroom. Since then, I have been tutoring young students with reading problems. Spending time with our 3 adult children and grandchildren is what I look forward to doing in my spare time. Presently, I am working with Ricon, supporting our team and the daily workings of our company.
